Now, a new development in defense cooperation between the Philippines and South Korea could accelerate some of the most ambitious military projects in Philippine history.

At the center of this development is an agreement between the Philippine Department of National Defense and South Korea’s defense acquisition authority, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration.
