In a city ruled by the Axe Gang, Sing (Stephen Chow) struggles to become a member. He finds himself in a rundown disgrace owned by an eccentric couple who turn out to be kung fu masters. Sing's various antics lead to a kung fu battle between the Axe Gang and the couple who own the slum. Only one side will win, and only one hero will emerge as the greatest kung fu master.
