In 1901, two women visited the Palace of Versailles — and claimed they suddenly slipped back in time to the 1700s. They saw people in old-fashioned clothes, strange buildings that didn’t exist anymore, and even a woman sketching in the gardens who they believed was Marie Antoinette. Later, they found out the places and people they saw matched things from over a century earlier. It's known as the Versailles Time Slip — and to this day, no one can explain what really happened.
