The Sound of Disappearing | Official Dance Trailer 🎶

Centred around feelings of tragedy, loss and grief, TSOD began as a few questions - How do you feel when you think about your own mortality? What about losing a loved one? What if you knew someone was departing, how would you handle this event? The answers are not easy to find or confront, but all of us will encounter these questions in our own way throughout our lives. Loss and grief can be difficult, but if we can listen to ourselves and the world around us close enough, we may find a light strong enough to unveil a way forward.

Created during the summer of 2022 and premiered as part of Dance//Novella’s fundraising event held by Michael Shields & Ingrid Leong at their beautiful home in West Vancouver, BC.
