Mercedes W124 E-Class V8 by Porsche 🚗

In the early 90s, Mercedes wanted to put a V8 engine in the W124 E-Class but the car was never meant to have a V8 and putting one in it proved difficult. So they called on their buddies at Porsche to help them with development and the product was the Mercedes-Benz 500 E.
