Involvement of: HR teams, manufacturing, ICT, logistics, service industries, food and drinks, plastics and polymers, local government, nursing & healthcare, banking & insurance. Humber Leaders Project. <br />Identified 21 transferable currencies – workplace attributes which have been shown to be associated with successful outcomes in role. <br />Research also supported by University of Kent 2016 survey on the skills required by graduates <br />undertaken by Microsoft, Target Jobs, the BBC, Prospects, NACE, AGR and other organisations
