《金手指》（1980）是一部充滿緊張氣氛的香港警匪電影。香港警方成立專案小組調查一宗龐大的販毒案件，由王沙展（王鍾飾）帶領探員追查販毒集團首腦大佬森。當警方線人被殘忍殺害後，案件陷入僵局。為了打入販毒集團核心，警方決定利用與黑幫有過往來的修仔（李修賢飾）作為臥底線人。

修仔在哥哥王沙展的勸說下，冒著生命危險深入黑幫內部，逐步取得販毒集團的信任，並為警方提供重要情報，使多個毒品據點被成功搗毀。然而他的身份最終被揭穿，在警方趕到之前與匪徒展開激烈搏鬥。最終警方成功瓦解整個販毒集團，但修仔亦在行動中犧牲，留下悲壯而震撼的結局。
