Ironman Kalmar Documentary - Lucas Hedenbeck

The 18th of August 2025 Lucas completed his first Full Ironman with only 5 months of training. At the beginning of the year, he had never ran more than 10k, never biked and never crawled. Yet crossing the finish line with a total time of 10:55:00.

This was an important finish for Lucas, not only to prove to himself that anything is possible but also that no matter how difficult life gets, hard work and dedication will never go unnoticed.
