Dance of the mace. We’ve added 2 new workouts to #Warrior20XX Method utilizing ancient weaponry. One with Steel Mace and one with Clubbells. The rest of the workouts are mainly done with bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells.

I started practicing with maces this year and quickly noticed them offering powerful benefits.

They’re one of the best tools for developing iron hard grip strength and sturdy, dynamic core stability. The possibilities for sport specific movements are nearly endless.

Yet, not many people utilize this equipment. I plan to change that.
