The Challenge

I started this project back in April 2024, shortly before Jorge Rivera-Herrans reached out to commission me for official EPIC the Musical animatics and animations. I worked on this on and off until I posted the full rough animation in September 2024, which you can find here:

I started working on the animated and colored version in December 2024, and finally, after a long time, I am able to showcase this fully animated.

NOTE ON THE BOW AND THE AXES: The bow is based off an old illustration of a Palintonos Bow (please google it if you want more info). The axes have a variety of interpretations and I chose to interpret it based on the TSG Logo, since I believe it best tells the story of the challenge visually. I am an artist, not a historian, and thus, took creative liberties to showcase my vision and I hope people will respect that.
