Love is set to soar to new heights, especially with this season's high-flying bachelor. Jimmy is an accomplished 31-year-old airline pilot from Sydney, looking to emulate the once-in-a-lifetime love story that his parents have.

On the red carpet, Jimmy meets some of the most beautiful, creative and intelligent women from across the country. The ladies break the ice in a variety of romantic – and unexpected - ways, and Jimmy receives a love cake handed down through generations, an entertaining oral cavity inspection from a speech pathologist, and an in-flight experience from an airline flight manager.

As the ladies share their first impressions of Jimmy, Steph discovers he's a pilot and instantly goes into meltdown mode. Steph has major trust issues from dating a pilot in the past…but that doesn't stop her stealing the first chat with Jimmy.

With a Business Lounge Key up for grabs (which grants the owner the power of unlimited time with the Bachelor at all cocktail parties) the ladies jostle for valuable time with Jimmy, but our pilot is impressed with gorgeous nutritionist Jay, who also gets the coveted first rose.
