The Amazing Chocolate Hills in the Philippines

Yup, the Chocolate Hills in The Philippines are incredible!

In this PhiIippines vlog, I got up at 4am to roll my moto in the direction of the Chocolate Hills. I wanted to get up to the view point of the hills in time for sunrise. And, at a full 90 minute drive from my hotel here in Bohol, I had some kms to cover.
Unfortunately for me, on the way to The Chocolate Hills, I ran out of gas. And, there was no gas station open until 530am. So, I was a little bit late getting there by sunrise. Still, by the time I got to them, they were a bit stuck in the clouds. So, I tried to shoot some Chocolate Hills drone footage with the hills still covered by fog. The drone shots are pretty cool. I managed to get up above some of the clouds, and it looks pretty dramatic.
While waiting in the fog, I met another photographer who was up at the hills. It was good to have someone to chat with and hang out with while waiting for the fog to lift. And, eventually, as the sun started getting hot, the flog lifted and it was pretty glorious. I think I ended up getting some pretty cool photos of the landscape. And, with the clouds cleared I managed to get even more Chocolate Hills drone footage, which was a lot of fun.
After getting some shots, and a little bit of drama with me losing the keys for my motorcycle, we left the view point area. At the middle of the day, we decided to go and do some location scouting around the Chocolate Hills on our motorcycles. It was a lot of fun.
Afterwards, Jordan went his own way, and I pushed on to check out another location on the way back to my island.
A pretty good day in the Chocolate Hills in The Philippines if I do say so myself.
Another Philippines travel vlog in the books. There will be another on tomorrow as I'm still in The Philippines for another 2 weeks. It should be fun, and I think there's some cool vlog content on the way.
