Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Director General Jose Francisco Benitez and Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma sign the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Enterprise-Based Employment and Training (EBET) Act at the TESDA Main Office in Taguig City on Feb. 28, 2025. The IRR will pave the way for enterprises to formulate upskilling or reskilling programs for their employees.
