Ten Hospitalized Following Multiple Stabbings on Train in Huntingdon

Ten people are in hospital - nine with life-threatening injuries - after a stabbing on an LNER train from Doncaster to King’s Cross. The train made an emergency stop at Huntingdon Station on Saturday evening, where armed police arrested two suspects.

British Transport Police declared a “major incident” and briefly activated the “Plato” terror response code, later rescinded. The motive remains unknown, and authorities have not released names of those involved.
