Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe says the federal government's decision to mandate public servants back to the office four days a week is "good news" for the city's economy. In a feature interview with CTV’s Patricia Boal, Sutcliffe discusses his recent meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney, the delay in federal transit funding, and the city's bid to host the new National Defence Bank. The mayor also addresses the timeline for fixing O-Train Line 1, stating there is "nothing technically wrong" with the trains but the city is acting out of an abundance of caution.
