Suspect in Charlie Kirk Murder Case Allowed to Wear Own Clothes in Court πŸ‘”

About this video

The man accused of killing right-wing activist Charlie Kirk will be allowed to wear civilian clothes during pre-trial hearings in a bid to avoid prejudicing potential jurors, a Utah judge has ruled.

Judge Tony Graf said Tyler Robinson must still wear restraints during proceedings, but any photos or video showing them will be banned.

Robinson was arrested on aggravated murder charges on September 12, more than a day after Kirk was fatally shot while speaking at Utah Valley University.

Speaking to Republican Strategist Amy Tarkanian, Talk's Kevin O'Sullivan says: "This is unique in American history!"
