Supreme Court Ruling: Even with an Affair, Husband Considered the Father 👨‍⚖️

The Supreme Court has ruled that if a woman has an extramarital affair with a man other than her husband, the husband is the father. The comments were made in a case from Kerala.
భర్త కాకుండా వేరే వ్యక్తి ద్వారా వివాహేతర సంబంధం ఉన్న స్త్రీకి బిడ్డ పుడితే భర్తే తండ్రి అని సుప్రీం కోర్టు పేర్కొంది. కేరళకు చెందిన కేసు సందర్భంగా ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది.
