Supreme Court Examines Trump Tariffs Case

U.S. Supreme Court justices heard arguments Wednesday regarding whether President Trump overstepped federal law when he imposed sweeping import tariffs on numerous U.S. trading partners. The Trump administration’s lawyers insist the tariffs are necessary to address economic security concerns. Lawyers in opposition argue the tariffs are taking money out of American’s pockets.
