Supermarket Sweep UK S6E24 (Oct 22, 1998) – Exciting Police-Themed Episode! 🛒

Today's contestants are Margaret Bloom & Neris Lewis from Carmarthanshire, Jo Fitzpatrick & Paul Martheson from Yorkshire, and Dawn Robbie & Bev Marshall from Kent. Dale Winton hosts but has to treat a thin (blue) line with them as all are from the police service. One member would rather have cold feet, another has an unusual introduction to her helpline, while the best gag comes from one contestant who claims that they can sing any song with any boy or girl's name in it - and they can! It's also somewhat apt that this is a police special with one question that pops up during the round robin pop quiz round whose answer would of been suited behind bars. It's certainly criminal with the points score for two of the teams as one team pulls ahead going into the Super Sweep, but with contestants going wild in the aisles anything can happen and could there be a surprise package going into the final to play for the cash prize?
