Baler-Casiguran Road destroyed by Super Typhoon Uwan<br /><br />Drone footage showed a heavily damaged road along the coastline of Aurora Province on Monday where Super Typhoon Uwan (Fung-wong) first made landfall. <br />The Baler-Casiguran Road, which runs alongside the coast, was ripped up in parts and palm trees were toppled.<br />The typhoon barreled through the northern Philippines on Sunday, killing at least four people and forcing more than a million people to evacuate due to its heavy winds and rains. <br /><br />REUTERS
