A violent sandstorm has engulfed a large stretch of a desert. After the storm receded, the only survivors were two Buddhist monks and the second floor of a Buddhist monastery. In search of water, the monks discover two children lying unattended. They get shelter in the monastery. Years later the children grow up and develop a connection between themselves, a connection which is beyond friendship, a connection which has its roots in the basic instincts of men & women. How will Lord Tathagata write their destinies now? Find out in Saradindu Bandyopadhyay's short story 'Moru o Sangha.'

এক ধূধূ মরুভূমিতে প্রচন্ড বালুঝড়ে প্রায় লুপ্ত হয়ে যায় একটি ওয়েসিস। বেঁচে যায় একটি বৌদ্ধ সঙ্ঘের দ্বিতল ও দু'জন বৌদ্ধ ভিক্ষু। জলের সন্ধান করতে গিয়ে তারা খোঁজ পান দুই শিশুর। পিঠোপিঠি বেড়ে উঠতে থাকে দু'জন। বয়ঃসন্ধিকালে তারা উপলব্ধি করে বন্ধুত্ব ছাড়িতে প্রকৃ্তির অমোঘ নিয়মে তাদের মধ্যে জন্ম নিয়েছে চিরকালীন নারীপুরুষের সম্পর্ক। নিয়তি এবার কোন পথে নিয়ে যাবে চারজনকে? শুনুন শরদিন্দু বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের কাহিনী 'মরু ও সঙ্ঘ।'
