Summer Morning Routine. Follow along while I show you my new summer morning routine. My 6 am routine is intense yet, relaxing. My habits have made me the person I am today and have changed my life. I wake up at 6:00am in the morning and work out. Then I do a meditation session before I prepare my delicious breakfast.
I love visiting my local cafe as well as, farmer's markets.
Having a morning routine is so important to keep your mind, body, and soul healthy and aligned.
