Mitsubishi's Factory & ERP Integration Success 🚀

This is an ERP journey. While at the factory, we successfully implemented automation, achieving our goals.

Subsequently, I transitioned to the role of Director of Technology at Mitsubishi. Under a new CEO's direction, we decided to replace our proprietary ERP system with SAP, a standardized solution.

This transition required a significant investment of resources, including purchasing SAP and reintegrating all systems.

Despite the challenges, we successfully completed the project. I was part of the combined IT and OT team, and together, we achieved our objectives.
