2. Add the Oreo cookies and 3 tablespoons of milk to a blender. Blend until the mixture forms a thick, crumbly dough.
3. Lay out a sheet of cling wrap on your countertop. Transfer the blended cookie mixture onto the cling wrap, cover with parchment paper, and flatten it using a rolling pin to about ¼ inch thick. Trim the edges to form a neat rectangle.
4. Stir 1 tablespoon of milk into the reserved cream filling and mix until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the flattened Oreo layer.
5. Using the cling wrap for support, gently roll the rectangle into a tight log, ensuring it stays even. Wrap the roll tightly in the cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
6. Once chilled, remove the roll from the fridge and cut into pieces about ¾ to 1 inch thick to resemble sushi rolls.
