Storm Darragh: E-scooter Rider Endangers Life on Motorway 🌧️

This is the moment a reckless e-scooter rider risked his life by travelling at 10mph along a busy motorway during Storm Darragh.<br /><br />The man was filmed riding along the Aston Expressway in Birmingham as the city was battered by 60mph winds over the weekend.<br /><br />Dressed in a long black jacket and a balaclava, he can be seen slowly ambling down the middle lane of the motorway in dark conditions and heavy rain. <br /><br />The footage, obtained by the Birmz Is Grime blog, was filmed on Saturday (7/12) on the same day a man died in Birmingham when a tree fell on his car. <br /><br />The video has been viewed thousands of times since being uploaded to social media where baffled residents expressed their dismay.
