SQL Server Always Encrypted and Key Rotation

This how-to-use always encrypted connections as well as rotate the keys. This is a feature of SQL Server 2016 and later, in our video, we used SQL Server 2017 that makes use of certificates to create Column Master Keys and Column Encryption Keys.
