Spectrum of the Arts March 2017 🎶

The All County Music Fest and Four Little Girls are featured in this edition. Hosted by Jonathan Ogle, Spectrum takes you around Pinellas County to various music venues as well as to Gibbs High School for the dress rehearsal of a history based performance in recognition of Black History Month.
