A SpaceX Falcon 9 launch vehicle launched 28 Starlink satellites (Starlink-319 / Starlink 11-23) to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, on 31 October 2025, at 20:41 UTC (13:41 PDT). Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage landed on the “Of Course I Still Love You” droneship, stationed in the Pacific Ocean. Falcon 9’s first stage (B1063) previously supported 28 missions: Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, DART, Transporter-7, OneWeb 19/Iridium-9, SDA Tranche 0B (SDA-0B), NROL-113, NROL-167, NROL-149, NAOS and 19 Starlink missions.
