The artwork is by Toshiyuki Itahana to commemorate NieR's 12 year anniversary. He is a game director/character designer for Square Enix.
The audio has been mixed by Zeke Vandham. Unfortunately it has been removed from their channel by SE. It has been reuploaded to multiple places on the internet to hopefully persevere it but many have been taken down... lets hope this one stays. They did a wonderful job mixing this! All credit to them!
