Loy Mendonsa is one third of the award winning Shankar Ehsaan Loy trio, along with Shankar Mahadevan and Ehsaan Noorani (Episode 01). He is also my dad's younger brother and so I have known him since I was an infant. He has always been a source of information and inspiration in my own musical journey.

Loy speaks about growing up in a musical family in Dadar, Mumbai, his early gigging days, his move to Delhi, his early professional composing career in television (Quiz Time, The World This Week, Fauji), the move back to Mumbai, meeting Shankar & Ehsaan, composing songs such as Kal Ho Na Ho and a lot more. It's a long interview but well worth the watch.
