SimonOxfPhys plays Kerbal Space Program #1: First Flight

And now for something completely different! This is the first in (hopefully!) a series where I play Kerbal Space Program, and talk about the history and science involved in space flight. This episode things are pretty basic, but in the near future I'll definitely be talking about the Mercury Program, the Tsiolkovsky equation and why rocket science isn't really that hard. Sort of.

I do need your feedback and suggestions though! If you would like to be a kerbalnaut then please say so in the comments below! I also need names for my ships and suggestions for what we should do next. I imagine I'll be doing another recording session before the new year so get in there early if you'd like to be part of what will surely be the greatest scientific endeavour on YouTube.

Also do tell me in the comments if you think this is a terrible idea and that I should just abandon it now! Similarly if you think that this is a great idea feel free to shower me with your internet praise :p
