The Norwegian pop thrush behind "Don't Kill My Vibe" and "Strangers" manages to consistently refine her songcraft without erasing its charming quirks. That latter element of her sound has lots of clout. Sometimes she's cooing, the next she's raging. And she does both quite impressively.
