In this video, we are going to look at the 5 significant figures (sig fig) rules. These 5 sig fig rules will help you determine the number of significant figures in any numbers easily. One of the main struggles is to differentiate the type of zeroes present in a number and whether they are significant or not. The two main types of zeroes are leading zeroes and trailing zeroes. We will go through how to identify if these zeroes are significant or not.
