Sidney Powell Pleads Guilty , in Georgia Election Interference Case.<br />On Oct. 19, the former Trump lawyer pleaded guilty <br />"to six misdemeanor counts of conspiracy" to <br />interfere with 2020 election results, NPR reports. .<br />She was scheduled to appear for a joint trial <br />with Kenneth Chesebro on Oct. 20.<br />The plea deal will require Powell to "serve six years <br />of probation" and pay a fine of $6,000, NPR reports.<br />She must also pay $2,700 in restitution to <br />reimburse the state that purchases new election equipment and write an apology letter.<br />Additionally, Powell must provide <br />"any requested documents or evidence <br />subject to any lawful privileges asserted <br />in good faith prior to entering this plea.".<br />Powell is one of 19 individuals charged <br />in the election interference case.<br />She previously denied any wrongdoing.<br />Bail bondsman Scott Hall was first to <br />settle for a plea deal last month.<br />A trial date has yet to be established <br />for the remaining co-defendants, <br />including former President Donald Trump
