The 'Ramayana' is an ancient Hindu epic about Rama and Sita. It is one of the two most important ancient epics of [India], the first one being the ancient Mahabharata.. The epic was originally written by sage (rishi) Valmiki of Ancient India. The book has about 24,000 verses and is divided into six parts.
The most important thing Ramayana teaches us is that no matter how powerful evil is, it will always be defeated by good. Truth always wins, no matter how vicious or poisonous a lie is.
The Ramayana emphasizes the importance of dharma, or righteousness. Lord Rama, the embodiment of dharma, adhered to his principles, even when faced with adversity. The epic teaches us to uphold moral values and righteousness in our own lives.
The first and the most important lesson of Ramayana is the significance of Dharma in one's life. Prabhu Shriram always lived as a truly righteous person, fulfilling his moral duties and responsibilities as the ideal son, the perfect husband, and a virtuous king.
