Due to the possibility of a third wave, the Shimla district administration alerted and decided that except for senior citizens, no one will be allowed to sit on Ridge and Mall road of Shimla. Deputy Commissioner Aditya Negi said, “Only a limited number of tourists & people would be allowed to enter Shimla’s Ridge & Mall Road. Only senior citizens would be allowed to sit on benches. Will request the people to stay away from the crowd”.
