One day, Sher gets into an accident while saving a child from a runaway jeep. He’s taken to a small hospital — where Dr. Komal (Sarah Khan) treats him. Komal, a strong and kind-hearted doctor, instantly senses that this man carries deep pain behind his silence.

During treatment, Sher refuses to tell his real name. He calls himself Arham. But Komal’s curiosity grows — there’s something about his eyes, that fierce calmness, that doesn’t belong to an ordinary man.
