WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... When I got back to Dublin earlier this year, my first stop was Coach John Kavanagh's SBG Gym in Walkinstown for an MMA style workout. I didn't know what to expect but I knew it was going to be very tough... very tough.

John teamed me up with Bellator Pro MMA fighter Will Fleury who was right in the middle of a fight training camp, as we're about the same size. And once the training began I got to experience just how fit these guys are... by the last rounds of pad striking from the floor I thought I wasn't going to make it, everything in whole body was burning. Thankfully the guys at SBG Ireland pulled me through and I found a whole new respect for MMA & MMA style workouts. All part of my sometimes painful journey to... Brave Change.
