Shaolin Iron Claws (1978)

One honorable chief refuses and leaks a secret ciphered document outlining the warlord’s plans to local police. A shady thug working for the evil warlord faction hires the aid of two young brother scoundrels to assist in ruining the reputation of the town’s police chief Hu, who has come in possession of the leaked document. Before long the two brothers discover the power of the document and numerous assassins and warlords are deployed to try to force the document from their capable hands.
