Gwendolyn Garcia said Tulfo lacked context when he questioned restroom fees, terminal conditions, and charges on V-hire drivers. She stressed that public trust shouldn’t be sacrificed for viral content. The Capitol defended its partnership with Mister Loo Philippines, citing its legality under RA 11311.
