Selecting Books at the Library Without Online Influences

In today’s video, I’m heading to the library and choosing books without the help of Goodreads, BookTok, BookTube, or any online reviews. No scrolling, no ratings, no “popular right now” lists—just me, a library card, and the back of the book.

This is how I used to read growing up: totally unplugged, choosing books based on instinct and curiosity. So I challenged myself to go back to that. I can’t Google the title, I can’t recognize the book from social media, and I’m not allowed to check if it has five stars or one. Then I’ll read the books I picked and let you know how it went!
