Security Operation in Orakzai Kills Five Terrorists and Two Officials

ORAKZAI: Five terrorists and two officials were killed in exchange of fire during an intelligence-based operation carried out by security forces in the Orakzai Agency on early Wednesday, ARY News reported. <br /> <br />A key operative of the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) identified as ‘Duran’, was among the killed militants. <br /> <br />Two Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel Major Mudassar and Sepoy Mutiullah also martyred in the exchange of fire during the operation. <br /> <br />The security operation was conducted by FC personnel as part of Operation Raddul Fasaad in a village in Orakzai tribal region. <br /> <br />Operation Raddul Fasaad, which aims to indiscriminately eliminate the residual threat of terrorism, was launched in the aftermath of a fresh resurgence of terror attacks in Pakistan.
