Implementation Plan:

Step 1: Initially, Register the users with their Public and private key by using ECC.
Step 2: Next, the sender loads the input file and Encrypt the file using AES with public key , the optimal key id selected by GO and PSO, which is generated by using ECC.
Step 3: The encrypted datas is stored in the server.
Step 4: Next, the receiver receives the Encrypted file and decrypts by using the private key and gets the plaintext.

Note:-

1) please send the dataset to implement the process.
2) In your proposal details , there is no description about the attack detection and prevention process. so we are not using the Machine Learning process. because if we implement the attack detection , then we need to split the dataset into training and testing based on Machine Learning.
