Tourism Secretary Apologizes to Tobago Service Providers

Tourism Secretary Tashia Burris on Monday issued an apology to service providers in Tobago owed monies since last July's staging of the Tobago Heritage Festival. The apology came after a planned protest for payment by contractors in Tobago on Monday outside the Division of Tourism, failed to come off. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
