Second Major Earthquake Strikes Southern Philippines After Deadly 7.4 Magnitude Quake 🌍

Two powerful offshore earthquakes struck southern Philippines on Friday, hours apart. The first, a 7.4 magnitude quake, killed at least five, triggered landslides, damaged infrastructure, and prompted tsunami evacuations, later lifted. The second, a 6.9 magnitude tremor, also hit the region, possibly caused by the same fault line. Damage assessment and rescue operations are underway. The Philippines is still recovering from a September earthquake.
