The eagerly anticipated $20 billion Jeddah Central project, unveiled in December by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, aims to orchestrate a monumental facelift. By the end of the decade, it envisions transforming this coastal gem into one of the world's most livable cities.

Covering approximately 5.7 million square meters of picturesque waterfront, the ambitious project will breathe new life into Jeddah, stretching from Al-Salam Palace to the city's water treatment plant.
