Sadiq Khan announced the ULEZ scrappage scheme is to be extended from the end of July to include all Londoners receiving child benefit, and all small businesses with fewer than 50 employees.<br /><br />The expansion will also include new grace periods for certain applicants, and will enable charities to scrap or retrofit up to three vans or minibuses instead of just one, among other updates.
