One day, a huge meteorite fell near Mount Fuji in Japan. Humans have discovered alien technology inside the meteorite and set up a special agency to analyze it. One day 10 years later, the alien went to the earth to snatch the meteorite. At the same time, the scum teacher Hashiba Tokichi was also planning to hit the meteorite. He forced eight of his students to activate the instruments inside the meteorite. As a result, the super robot Ryuseiki Gakusaver was born from a meteorite...Ryuseiki Gakusaver is controlled by brain waves, and weapons are generated by the driver’s own imagination. In the comic version, the color of the body is blue, but since the main battlefield of OVA is the universe, it was changed to red in order to be able to contrast with the background.<br />
