Russian Forces Launch Major Assault in Donetsk, Threatening Zelensky’s Leadership 🇷🇺

Russia has deployed about 170,000 troops in Ukraine’s eastern Donetsk region, pushing toward the strategic stronghold city of Pokrovsk. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the massive Russian buildup, saying the situation in Pokrovsk remains extremely difficult and intense. He dismissed Russian claims that the city is fully surrounded but admitted that some Russian units have entered parts of Pokrovsk. Ukrainian defenders, Zelensky stated, are engaged in fierce street battles to drive them out.
