Russian President Boris Yeltsin said on Saturday (11/5) that he
will unite with Grigory Yavlinsky, his main rival among reformist
candidates in the June 16 federal elections. Yeltsin visited Astrakhan on the lower Volga in southern Russia on Saturday.
